Ocean beaches and high-rise condos between the Palm Beach Inlet and John D. MacArthur Beach State Park.
Overview
Island living north of the Palm Beach Inlet
Singer Island sits on the Atlantic, across the Lake Worth Lagoon from mainland Riviera Beach. Most of the island belongs to the City of Riviera Beach, and its southern tip is the Town of Palm Beach Shores.
Palm Beach Shores is a small town of about 1,300 people, known for its mid-century homes, many of them restored. Florida’s easternmost point is in the town.
Along the ocean you will find high-rise condos and resort hotels. At the north end, John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, the only state park in Palm Beach County, covers about 438 acres of beach, estuary and Munyon Island.

Sailfish Marina
Dolphin tours and fishing charters leave from Sailfish Marina in Palm Beach Shores, close to where the inlet meets the ocean.
Getting around Singer Island
Blue Heron Boulevard crosses the Lake Worth Lagoon on the Blue Heron Bridge, linking the island with mainland Riviera Beach and I-95. At the north end, A1A runs through MacArthur Beach State Park toward North Palm Beach and Juno Beach.
